About Birds in Backyards

Birds in Backyards is a research, education and conservation program from Birds Australia about the birds that live where people live. The program was developed in response to the loss of small native birds from our parks and gardens, the rapid expansion of our urban landscape and the consequent loss of habitat for native birds.
