The Birds in Backyards Forum is a place where you can share observations and exchange information on the birds that live where people live.
You can read the postings provided by other members without having to register. However, to contribute your own postings you will need to register for the forum. On the Forum home page, click the Login button at the top right of the screen. Go down to the 'Register' section and enter a Username, Email and Password. You will also need to agree to the rules of the forum before you can make a posting.
The Username you select is the name that will be attached to any posts you make to the Forum. You may prefer not to use your real name. Whatever name you choose, make sure you do not use any spaces in the name - only letters and numbers.
Once you have registered you will receive an email alert each time a new posting appears for any topic you have subscribed to.
If you are having difficulties registering, take a look at the 'Help' thread in the 'News / announcements' forum. More hints from users can be found in the 'General' forum.
The password you use can be the same as the one you use for your Birds in Backyards membership. However, please note that your login for the Forum and your login in for Birds in Backyards membership are separate procedures.
