I need help confirming the identification of this kingfisher. This photo was taken all the way back in 2015 or 2016 at Nudgee Beach Reserve in Brisbane, Queensland.
I think it is a Collared (aka Torresian) Kingfisher. Let me know what you all think!

I agree.
Could be male Forest Kingfisher. Looks more Blue than green, especially tail. Also large round white spot over bill and collar isn't so broad.
White wing spot in flight would confirm..
