Safe Cat, Safe Wildlife (especially the birds!)

BirdLife Australia, through its Birds in Backyards Program, is proud to support the Safe Cat, Safe Wildlife campaign – an initiative of Zoos Victoria and RSPCA Victoria.
You can access simple tips and advice to keep your cat safe and happy at home, while helping wildlife, at safecat.org.au. And by participating in a Birds in Backyards survey, you’re helping us build of picture of what our bird communities look like across a variety of cat domains. Whether you own a cat yourself (indoor or out), have neighbourhood cats visiting, or are living in a cat-free zone, we need you to tell us what birds you have so we can track the impact of domestic cats across our cities and towns.
