Fogg dam ...isn't it amazing there? What a beautiful looking Heron..I have never seen one of those :)
Are you travelling round Oz or just on hols Narly?
Just on hols mate. 4 more days in Darwin then down the track to 3 or 4 days in Katherine before the long drive back to Adelaide . Interesting to note that I'm seeing more birds here in the caravan park than on the walks through the scrub and parks . Went out to Howard springs this morning and it was almost deathly quiet , a few other birders I spoke to said the same . I usually come up later in the season around august to october and the bird life seems easier to spot , I love the build up and the early storms .
