In Sydney Olympic Park, close to BirdLife Australia Discovery Centre is a pair of nesting White-bellied Sea-Eagles. They have been resident for about five years raising a chicks each year to fledge. The adults can be seen down on their river roost on the northern shore between the Armory Wharf and the Wharf Rd. boat ramp. They are often seen fishing on the Parramatta River, so take a seat and be patient.
You have some amazing shots there! Excellent!
Awesome shots Geoff, an absolute treat. Are these the same ones on the Eagle-cam?
Yes these are the two stars of the show. Don't forget to watch this season starting in May. The photos are of the female.
Looking forward to it
Amazing!
Top shots mate of a magnificent bird.
These are wonderful shots of what is now one of my favourite birds. I hope to see lots more
