Don't know if anyone has discovered what the problems are yet
but I have been reading up on Flickr and it is a common problem now that they have installed "people tags" on their site. Instead of just right clicking as we used to you are supposed to go to all sizes and choose the options from there. The blog on Flickr shows that many people are unhappy about it. it still works so I guess it doesn't matter too much.
Hope this helps a few people who have had the problems. Birdgirl - at least we know it is not us!!

Unfortunately, aspiring young pencil suckers who design web sites sit at their desks on the 76th floor staring out at the smog. Suddenly they remember that they have an activity report to fill in – so with scant aptitude for originality they take one of their company’s most successful products and start changing it. Now the boss who hired this guy reviews and approves the changes as to do otherwise would be to put his own neck on the chopping block for hiring him in the first place - which is why good products get replaced by bad ones ... XP by Vista, etc.

If you haven't - the basic premise as I recall was that every man rises to his level of incompetence ( or hers guess)Hence you have the idiot at the top who won't promote anyone smart in case they take their own jobs!!
