Well its hardly a best photo, but one i thought i would share anyway. I didnt know what it was until i researched it this afternoon. Its an Eastern Shrike Tit, but suprisingly its missing one eye.

Very interesting bird, they really rip into branches and bark with that big bill. I have some near my place. I often hear their call, see them less often.
