Hi! Squeezzii, This posting images stuff really seems odd but it is OK! once you get what it's about ... it's about giving the Forums program directions on what you want it to do with some of the stuff you type into the New post window.

If you read the 'Basic Formatting Rules' above the white New post window you will see a list of square bracketed format commands for Bold and Italics and all the rest.

So how does it work for Bold?

Type in the “open square bracket”, that tells the Forums' program that a command follows. Then typing a ‘b’ gives the program the command "display bold print". Typing in the “close square bracket” tells the program the command has finished.

The program knows not to print the brackets or the b between them.

The program will print in bold till you tell it to stop ... but you DO have to tell it to stop printing bold or it will ignore your command altogether.

You tell it to stop with a ”forward slash” followed by the command, which, for bold is /b inside of square brackets.

The same goes for text color and size and also your images, links, e'mail addresses and for a heap of other stuff.
