I found two young Currawongs (Pied or Grey?) sitting in one of my trees. Mum was having a drink and not taking much notice of them, she probabely wanted them to find their own food. I wasn't going to get any closer, just had one good look at mum's huge beak and decided against it.

this is one parent, please tell me what kind it is? Pied? Grey? She looked small.

looks like a Pied to me - i havn't seen either of them though
Top photos, don't think you needed to be any closer. Looking at Morcombe, appears to be pied, we only have blacks and greys in Tassie, the white on the wing tip is the give away.
