Happy New Year everyone!
It was a long long time ago since I posted to this forum. I nearly feel like a new member here. It's not that I gave up birding, it's just that I was... lazy and... Anyway, now I am back and hope my photos won't dissapoint you :)
Recently we visited Wilsons Promontory and were lucky to witness this epic battle. Little Black Cormorant was peacefully fishing until Pacific Gull decided to steal the catch...
And all that with the 1100D/55-250mm combo. Brilliant laurius! I think someone should tell the Gull that it would have been easier to catch his own fish.

In the end the cormorant hid the bushes. The gull ran around for a while but eventually it had to give up. Maybe the fish was gone already :)
