This gorgeous little male Treecreeper was clinging to a post, it didn't worry about me, so i could quietly get closer to it than I ever had. The photo is not cropped, I was that close. After a few shots I left it , I got the impression the young bird had no idea how to let go of the post and fly off.
Looks like its hanging on for dear life M-L, beautiful bird and capture.

Yes, and I just left it hanging there.It had to learn how to let go
. Mind you , I watched it from inside the house, and it was still holding on to the post after 10 minutes, and in the end I missed the take off.
