My friend who was showing me the sights round Bylong assured me that this was a female 'robin red breast' but I am pretty sure it is a Jacky Winter. Faint eyebrow, dark eye mark and distinctive tail feathers look right to me. Could someone please confirm one way or the other? Many thanks.

Absolutely. The clear grey breast, almost white brow and white stripes on either side of the tail is distinctive and this separates it from female robins. Lorne
