Found this bird today - size of a Robin but can't find a match in my book. Thinking it's a female or immature which is why I'm having so much trouble...??

I think that's an Immature Golden Whistler. But I could definitely be wrong.
Thank timrp, I just googled immature golden whistler and it looks very similar. I'll wait and see if anyone else can confirm but I'm pretty sure you're right.
Where did you see it?
Banyule flats (near the Yarra River) Viewbank, Melbourne. I've seen adult Golden whistlers there before.
I would say that it is a immature male Golden Whistler
