The weather was very kind to me today, not too cold and lots of sunshine. I saw three of the cutest tiny Black-winged Stilts. They hadn't learned that they should be scared of people, but not many people noticed them, so I hope they will be safe. There weren't any adults close, I found that unusual. There were some Swans and most of the birds that are always around. But for the first time I saw a Rufous Night Heron, suddenly he came down from a tree , snatched a fish and went back to the tree. Unfortunately for him , he dropped the fish.
