Kingfisher?

Hi there,

I am visiting Sydney for a couple of months of research and have noticed this bird in the tree outside the lab window several times while I've been working. Finally managed to get a picture of it!

It looks to me like a type of kingfisher/kookaburra, but I would love it if someone could tell me what species it actually is!
