I live in Eaglemont, a leafy inner northeastern suburb with quite a lot of birdlife in the general area, such as white-faced herons, yellow-tailed black cockatoos, fairy wrens, bell birds, brown thornbills, eastern spinebills, Rainbow Lorikeets, eastern yellow robins, red-browed firetails [finches], grey butcherbirds, tawny frogmouths, azure kingfishers, kookaburras, crested pigeons, red-rumped parrots, and many others.
It gives me enormous pleasure to observe these creatures in local reserves, in my garden, and in photos sent by local contacts.

Greetings Melba,
It sounds like you have a truely wonderful range of birds visiting your garden. I look forward to hearing more about it.
