Black bird needs a name

I took these pictures this afternoon at Brisbane QLD. Bird is black with patch of dark blue on wing, with red eye. I looked through the bird guide book and see both metallic starling or sprangled drongo have black feather and red eye. However they do not have dark blue wing ? Please advise.
