I have just seen two Rainbow Lorrikeets take turns in having a submerged bath/splash/spa in our rear bird bath. They were so beautiful, Instinct I think would tell them they have never been safer, with ME watching over them from a distance.
I feel it is a privilege to witness such an event and I never ever tire of seeing all of the birds in our yard.
