There are a number of these parrots around the wetlands lately getting ready for spring. Red Rumped parrot I think.

Spring means looking for new nests!
(Not a great shot, but interesting. They were checking out a hole in the wall of an abandoned shack! They successfully used it, and as far as I know, raised three healthy chicks!)
The cygnets should emerge anytime soon in spring.
