I got this bird yesterday at Brisbane, QLD. Is it a Red-Throated Rufous Honeyeater ?

Female or immature Scarlet Honeyeater? Just guessing really, waiting for some one to confirm please.

my guess is White-Plumed Honeyeater.

I'll second the immature Scarlet Honeyeater.

Thanks Everyone for confirming a female (or immature) scarlet honey eater. I zoom in and there is no white marking on this bird so it is not a White-Plummed Honeyeater.

I agree with Elsie. The females have very little red on them and none on the chest
