I'm having trouble identifying this little bird. Four suspects of greater or lesser probability:
Striated Fieldwren
Little Grass Bird
Tawny Grass Bird
Zitting Cisticola (unlikely)

Based on location we can most likely rule out Striated Fieldwren, my guide says southern Australia. I am thinking Little Grassbird, but as always happy to stand corrected.
