I couldn't get a good pic of this guy, I think it might be some type of bee eater or possibly an Eastern Spinebill?
Never seen it around before, location regional New South Wales.

Long bill, white front, dark head and rufous underparts - looks good for an Eastern Spinebill (given location can only be Eastern).
