Not sure, best guess would be Buff Rumped but a little outside of range according to P&K.
Maybe Yellow rumped but not showing much yellow.

I'm confident this is a Slender-billed Thornbill, Rick. Speckled forehead, white eye & yellow around the tail region are identifying features.
Thought of throwing that in the mix but thought the bill might be a little small. Having a second look
at P&K your suggestion looks good. Thanks.
