The bill on the Speckled Warbler looks to be thinner at the base (could be angle). http://www.graemechapman.com.au/library/viewphotos.php?c=547&pg=3 There does appear to be a mask on the face that is different to the rest of the head on the Speckled Warbler. The photo above does not have this nor the distinctive eyebrow of a Speckled Warbler.
It looks like a female Rufous Whistler. But looking at it's beak, I would say that it is a juvenile.
I could be wrong though
Possibly young Speckled Warbler
I'm thinking juvi Gilbert's Whistler. Doesn't mean i am right though

Can't be Gilbert's: http://www.graemechapman.com.au/library/viewphotos.php?c=558&pg=2
No black streaks
I would have thought Gilberts as well but for the streaks. Speckled Warbler is well out of range.
I'm going for female Rufous Whistler. http://www.graemechapman.com.au/library/viewphotos.php?c=547&pg=3 It has more heavy streaking on the underparts and appears to have rufous colouration.

Thoughts?
Ahh there you go. Sound like Rufous.
I would say Juvi Rufous Whistler due to the smaller beak.
You can start to see some of the Rufos colouring coming out.
Here is a pic of a female Rufous Whistler
Thanks all
I support juvenile Rufous Whistler
