Identity crisis

So I have recently moved to the moore river region of western australia (approx. 1 hr north of Perth) to a 5 acre block of mostly scrub and native bush. I have been hearing a call since moving in that is loud and very distinct. A very short, loud two syllable call. I had no idea what bird made the call (and still don't) but I have now seen it - briefly and through netting so not clearly. I did manage this quick photo (sorry it's blurry). The bird is relatively heavy set and medium sized (larger than a dove, smaller than a pink and grey gallah), has a white chest with a yellow underbelly. I didn't get to see the wing colour but it looked to be a speckled/mottled or striped brown or perhaps grey?
Sorry for the long post - thought more info would help.

Is it a Red Wattlebird?

Thanks Timothy but I don't think it is. I actually thought maybe that's what it was when I was looking at photos but the call is definitely not the same. It is 2 very short syllables that are a similar sound to the red wattle 'sound' but almost like how a human would cough - sorry, I'm new to all this so not sure how to describe it. And then nothing for a while. Then the same again 30s to a few min later. And it is extremely loud. Only hear it a couple of times and then it goes quiet.
I will hunt through the sound files for something as close as I can find maybe. And I will keep my camera handy from now on! A better photo would certainly help!

I retract my last post! I believe you are absolutely correct Timothy! I searched you tube for a variety of red wattlebird clips and came across one that was almost identical to what I've been hearing! Thanks so much for pointing me back in the right direction!

Red Wattlebird was my thought, too. Good on you for persisting, earthchild.

Sounds like a big move you've made. I'm interested in seeing photos of your bush patch if you're of a mind to post some.
