You certainly get about. I photographed my first Osprey a couple of weeks ago and couldn't believe how long the talons were. Perfect for grabbing a slippery fish.

That looks a lot like a puffer/toad fish. I would not have thought they could eat them without dying but I guess they can.
AJS, I think it's a Wrasse (Rock Cod) with the body arched, head curled back towards the tail.
