Wader's are extremely tough! Lucky I don't live anywhere near them. I agree with Curlew Sandpiper but I'm slightly less confident with Sharp-tailed Sandpiper.
yes thought these were Curlew Sandpipers and so it seems. The bill does give it away. The last seemed different, I knew he wasn't the same as the Curlews but thought to throw it in rather than a new post. Probably a sharpie....it just looked taller and skinnier.

I'm thinking this one is a Curlew Sandpiper for the first 4?.
The last one looks like a different bird. Possibly a Sharpie (not a ruff as I previously said)?
