I took this at a Lake near Churchill in Gippsland. I like the contrast of the white bird with the dark green reeds and the way the pattern of the reeds adds interest to the photo.

Thanks Rick I used the Sigma 150-500mm on the Nikon D60. The lens is so heavy it agravates my arthritis in the
shoulder so the D60 is a bit lighter than the D200.

Yes, the 150 to 500 is a big lens. There are some reasonably priced shoulder harnesses around that might help.
Black Rapid do one for about $70 and a Chinese copy is about $10. I have both and as with everthing you get what you pay for but having used the cheaper one for quite a while it is ok. PM me if you want details.
