I think it is a Freckled Duck because the Blue Billed Ducks beaks are usually shorter than the ducks beak on the photo and they usually have their heads tucked up close to their bodies.
Jerrabomberra Wetlands. I've got that as 2 hardheads (better view in one of my other photos which I ended up accidently deleting), 2 grey teal, 1 freckled, and 1 unknown.

Sounds good for Jerra, 3rd bird to the right is also Freckled.
Looks like it to me, bills are distinctive.
I agree :) It definitely looks like a freckled duck to me!
Thanks for your help, rick and elsie

Looks Like a Blue-billed Duck to me. What might look like a crest on his head, is a ripple on the water.

I've never seen a blue-billed duck before so I could be wrong :)

Where were these taken Ryu. Mulligans? or maybe Jerra?
It looks to me you have 2 Freckled, 2 Grey Teal and not sure about the other 2.

The one facing the freckled? That was one of the hardheads, note the white undertail and slightly different shape of the beak
