These 2 have been in the same spot at the wetlands for about 5 weeks now and let you get to within 3 metres of them, never have i seen such friendly Quail.

After you cross Jerra creek on the bike path they are usually on the left between the bridge and the gravel track leading to the left that goes over the old foot bridge. Did you get down to see the Grey Goshawk i reported on the chatline yesterday?

Thanks. I'll have a look next time I'm there. I'm not going to get too hopeful though- when I found out the location of the boobook that had been there for months and had a look, it was the weekend that it disappeared. And unfortunately, I couldn't go yesterday with a stomach bug although I did see the report. Hopefully, one day.
