I watch a spectacular fight in the air this morning between one big bird and three small ones. I can see one small bird is a noisy miner. Not sure about the big one and the other two small ones. Location: Brisbane QLD.

yes and it's a Square-tailed Kite; a fairly rare bird.
I don't know about the eagle but the other 2 smaller birds are friarbirds, I think it is just one species in Brisbane- Noisy Friarbird

No we get both Noisy & Little Friarbirds in Brisbane. Nice spotting of the ST Kite by the way.
Ok well of the knobbly nosed ones. They are what I think of when I think friarbirds anyway
