Little Brown Bird #2 for Id

I have another small brownish bird for an id please. Seen in Sydneys west.  I only got a quick look at it, and one shot as it flew off - size-wise, it was around golden whistler size. Thanks for any help.

Appears to be a yellow plume on the neck
