What type of bird is this? Is this a Little Wattlebird?

I saw this bird near the lake down the road from my place in Brisbane. I thought it was a Little Wattlebird but the orange outlined on the back of the wing texture and texture on the front of the bird is making my think otherwise. Thanks  :)
