Found this fellow when sorting through pictures from Cumberland forest in Sydney. Thought it was an Olive Whistler at the time. Could someone confirm or otherwise please?

Yellow vent indicates Golden Whistler.
Thanks Steve, looked at other pics and the yellow is quite evident so will mark it as female Golden Whistler. I should have seen that and the olive-green above.

Thanks all, yes have had the problem before and should have looked more closely. Not surprising really... male birds can be so flamboyant and females quite drab in comparison. Sorting through old pics and trying to put names to some.

i was once led to a "female pink robin" -which would have been a locally very significant sighting- turned out to be, you guessed it.
