Is this a Willie Wagtail ?

I took pictures of this bird under a tree at Brisbane QLD. Is it a Willie Wagtail or some other bigger bird ?

Magpie-Larks have black on their chest.

Maybe a Grey Butcherbird?

If you thought it was a Willie Wagtail that suggests to me that it was about the same size as a Willie. 10-22cm.

A Magpie-Lark has a white chest and a white tip on the tail but it is a much bigger bird but they don't have whiskers. 26-30 cm.

The whiskers around the bill definately suggest a flycatcher.

A Restless Flycatcher has an all white chest and is about the same size but I don't think they have the white tip on the tail.

White winged Triller is about the right size and has an all white chest and white tip on the tail but no whiskers.

The white tip on the tail and with a quite pointed bill suggests an immature White-eared Monarch perhaps? 13-14cm.

Thanks Everyone for your feedback. I think it is likely to be a Grey Butcherbird. Shall try again next time to capture more details on the head and upper body.

I agree with Zosterops. Bill looks too short, plus don't they have a hook on the end?

Zosterops and Devster, what do you think it could be if not a Grey Butcherbird?

might have to recant on this one, maybe the bill just appears shorter due to foreshortening etc
