Fork-tailed (Pacific) Swift
I have posted this elsewhere and my pic has been sent to an "Expert" ( awaiting a reply) but thought i would see what you guys think.
60 of them seen at Jerrabomberra wetlands, Canberra, today.

Can only go by P&K digital but looks a good chance based on range.
60 + not WTNT + forked tail??

unless you've discovered an influx of a vagrant species unbeknownst to me
we only have two regular migrant swifts in australia, only one of which has a forked tail
