Took this shot at Bellarine Peninsula (near Geelong, Vic.) I'm wondering if it's a Starling (if so,, Common S. or Metallic?) - it seems to have a few unexpected features though - perhaps it's a juvenile?

Thanks, Rick & Ryu... After seeing Ryu's suggestion, I had perused my Simpson & Day and had just about reached the same conclusion - but I have to say I had never seen a Juvenile LWB previously, so Rick your comment was greatly appreciated.
I agree with Rick about the LWB. You can see the streaking staring to apear.
