Hi everyone, recently purchased some new camera gear and reignited my passion for photography. I have always enjoyed photographing birds but never took it too seriously. Have been inspired by a local gentleman whose wildlife photographs are on display along a rainforest walk near to where I live. I now have the privelige of spending time talking with and comparing photo's with him. I still have alot to learn and am in awe of the many contributors to this site. Looking forward to sharing some of my own work with you all.

Thanks pacman will do, located in Lismore and currently all photo's have been taken in my backyard and a rainforest walk located just a few hundred metres from where I live. Will be getting out and about starting this weekend but as you are familiar with this area you know we have the best of both worlds here with coastal and rainforest within a 50km radius so endless opportunities for a wide variety of birds.
