Usual suspects on patrol and doing birdy things except one Osprey that was pretending he was a duck until he sprung me checking him out.
Of course it goes without that saying that I wish Splendid Fairy wren could be as accommodating model as the Willy Wagtail :)

The splendid fairy wren is way better than be another fraction of a second late on the shot .... and getting the empty branch. I get a lot of those ones.

Yes it is a W/kite who likes to low level patrols of the rivermouth.
Whether he had developed a taste for fish or just like to annoy the resident ospreys, i have no idea :)
