I took picture of this bird this afternoon at Brisbane, QLD and i could not find a matching colour pattern in the Field Guide book. Any body know what it is ?

Check White- naped honeyeater
I'll second that, the red eyelid is the give-away for a White-napped honeyeater. The other one that it could be mixed up with is the White throated honeyeater, however the white-throated honeyeater doesn't have a red eyelid so that's how you tell them apart!
