Photos not good as it was quite a distance by the time I ran inside to get my camera. The photos have been lightened somewhat to aid in ID.

I think a square tailed kite - but wait and see what others have to say.
Those photos are very good for id purposes - much better than many i have posted here requesting raptor ids.
This bird was back again this afternoon and came very very close but my camera siezed up and would not focus.... Ugh. My overall impression was underneath was tan and white.
