Hi team.
Saw this on the Northern Beaches in Sydney today. The wing markings look good for Flame Robin but hard to tell with the females/immatures.
Thoughts?

Could be Rose Robin? Pizzey and Knight field guide shows less white barring on the wing for Rose Robin, so not sure.

I think Rose is a better guess from posture and habitat. I think flames usually have a bit more buff than your bird too.

Thanks team - yeah I thought that Rose Robin was a better fit, just a bit put off by the more prominent wing markings.
