Last one for a while :) I think it is some sort of Hawk but not sure

This was found at Wotton near Forster New South Wales. 

It has pinkish feet which I'm just not sure. I thought it could be a collared sparrowhawk except for the feet and it also doesn't seem speckled. 

Any ideas? Thanks so much
