Saw this one flying around the Chipping Norton lakes (Sydney) today.

It appears to be a Harrier, but I'm not sure which one.
Harrier was my first thought as well but hard to tell which one from the pics.
Thanks people. When I zoom in i can make out that the wing tips are striped and according to the bird ID page the swamp harrier has the stripes on the wing tips whilst the spotted harrier has black tips.
