Funny birds, stand and watch them and they go into extremly slow motion moving away from you. They take several minutes to slowly creep about a metre. Maybe they think if I stay still they won't see me.

Yes they are very funny birds. They change personalalities when they have young or eggs though. They spread their wings out and hiss at you.
