Hi everyone,
Have you ever been out trying to snap your favourite bird and out of nowhere you are photo bombed? Although the definition of a photo bomb as "a photograph that has been spoiled by the unexpected appearance of an unintended subject in the camera's field of view as the picture was taken" includes the word spoiled, I often find it can actually make for a great shot and an even better story! Was it a different bird or event than intended? Did it even have anything to do with birds? GO on, show us those photo bombs!
Happy snapping,
Monica
Silver Gull PBing my study of a Whistling Kite and also a WBSE poking his beak in, in the bottom right corner. Can't say the Gull spoiled the pic, I think the overhead wires and yatch mast would have done that anyway.
I have an idea for a future photo challenge. Birds doing impersinations of the angry birds game.
Thanks for the suggestion for a challenge, they are always welcome! Very abstract looking photo as well :)
I also realised it seems I'm emphasizing spoiled pics, whoops! Meant to say that photo bombs often end up my favourite (and best) photos as often you see something hilarious in the background or capture an event you didn't mean to.
PBed by a jet.
haha (took me a moment) nice one - thanks for smile :)
