ello, I live in Southern WA and every evening, once it is dark, we hear some sort of trilling call. don't know what it is but am fairly certain it is a bird. If anyone has any ideas? I do have an audio recoding of it, but am not sure if I am able to uplaod it.
Hi Arya, try googling a Fan Tailed Cuckoo call. They call a lot at dusk and dawn and into the night.
