This week has been a good week for raptors at our place on the south eastern side of the Mt Lofty Ranges in SA. So far I've seen a pair of Black-shouldered Kites, a Brown Goshawk, three Little Eagles & a pair of Brown Falcons.
I'm wondering if the increase in horrid rabbit numbers are attracting these raptors but so far I've neither seen nor heard rabbits being predated. Perhaps it'll be a different story when raptor breeding commences.
Interesting Woko, keep us informed.
Will do, Sue.
