The following species have all bred significantly later than normal at our place on the south eastern side of the Mt Lofty Ranges in SA: Willie Wagtail, Brown-headed Honeyeater, New Holland Honeyeater, Galah, Red-browed Finch, Yellow-rumped Thornbill, Superb Fairy-wren & Australian Magpie. Have other Birds in Backyarders noticed anything similar in their necks of the woods?
Interesting observations Woko. All seems fairly normal down here in Tassie. There are some Tasmanian Native Hens and Masked Lapwings that are on at least their 2nd broods for the season.
